The purpose of this article is to explain the process of requesting custom white label app or SDK builds for testing purposes, such as security assessments (penetration tests).
How to request a test build?
As a Futurae customer, you may ask for a test build to our support team at support@futurae.com or at support.futurae.com. In order to avoid any delay, we strongly recommend that you send us the build request with at least 1 month's notice.
Please ensure that your request includes the following details:
- The type of app you refer to (Mobile SDK or white label app)
- The version of the app/mobile SDK that you want the test build to be based on
- What is the purpose of this test build, so that we prepare the build to meet your requisites

What type of security configuration you need for the test build. Some examples are:
- Disable TLS public key pinning mechanism
- Disable root/jailbreak detection (applicable to white label apps only)
Note that depending on your contractual agreement with Futurae, creating a test build may incur charges. We will inform you about the applicable fees, prior to proceeding with the request.
