What is this announcement about?

On October 15th, 2026, from 18:00 to 19:00 UTC, our SMS provider will perform scheduled maintenance. During this 1-hour window, SMS services may experience brief, intermittent downtime, totaling approximately 10–15 minutes.

During this period:

• Sending SMS messages may temporarily fail or experience delays.
• Updates on message delivery status may take longer than usual to reflect on the SMS Dashboard on Command & Control.

Because updates will occur throughout the window, brief disruptions may occur at any point during the maintenance window. Our infrastructure team will monitor the platform closely during this period. No action is required on your side.
