We are excited to announce our transition to Hyperline, our new billing management platform. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to scale efficiently and provide a more transparent, user-friendly experience for our customers and partners.
What’s Changing?

The Hyperline Customer Portal
Starting with your March invoices, all billing documents will be available through the new Hyperline customer portal. The link to access your invoices was shared along with your most recent invoice. This central hub allows you to access your billing history and manage your settings with ease.

Credit Card Payments via Stripe
We are now leveraging Hyperline’s native Stripe integration.
Note: If you would like to switch to credit card payments, please contact us. We will set up your Stripe profile to enable automated payments and reminders.
What Stays the Same?
- You will continue to receive invoices from our trusted address: billing@futurae.com
- For this initial rollout, March invoices will be sent manually to ensure a smooth transition
- Beginning next month, invoice delivery will be fully automated
- Invoices issued prior to March will remain accessible in Command & Control for the time being
Why Are We Making This Move?
- Reduce operational risk by replacing a legacy, less transparent invoice generation process
- Better support our evolving business needs, including partner models, event-based billing, and flexible pricing structures
- Streamline our quote-to-cash process and reduce manual effort
