We are aware of today's critical global incident involving CrowdStrike and want to reassure our customers that Futurae remains unaffected by this issue.
Our infrastructure does not use Windows OS, neither internally nor in any client-facing capacities. Additionally, we do not rely on CrowdStrike as a supplier. Furthermore, none of our critical suppliers have been impacted in a way that affects our ability to provide the Futurae Service to our customers.
As part of our monitoring and incident response processes, we are committed to reacting swiftly should any such incident affect the availability of our systems and applications, as well as promptly notify all our Customers if action is needed on their side in case of such an unlikely event.
Futurae systems and services remain fully operational.
