Do I need a Command & Control account (formerly Futurae Admin) ?

Command & Control (admin.futurae.com) is an online web application which is offered as part of the Futurae platform to our customers. In a nutshell, it's an admin dashboard that gives Futurae customers the ability to view and manage their purchased Futurae services.

If you own or work for a company which is an existing (or prospect) customer of Futurae, and you are involved in managing or integrating Futurae into your company's applications, then you can use your Command & Control account to do various tasks such as:

• Create Futurae Services and get the corresponding API credentials which are necessary for integrating the Futurae authentication platform and technologies into your applications.
• Manage your end users who are using Futurae to authenticate securely to your applications.
• Get basic analytics/statistics about the use of the Futurae Services.
• Manage billing information.
• Invite colleagues as collaborators if they need to access Command & Control.

If, on the other hand, you are an end user who uses Futurae as part of securely authenticating in an online service or mobile application (which belongs, by the sound of it, to a customer of Futurae), then Command & Control is not relevant for you and you do not need to create an account there. You can simply keep using Futurae to securely authenticate to your online services that make use of Futurae authentication.
