Announcing Enhanced Privacy: Futurae Admin SMS dashboard

As part of our continued commitment to privacy and data security, we’re introducing updates to how phone numbers and SMS data are handled.

Phone Number Obfuscation

All phone numbers are now automatically obfuscated in the Futurae Admin Dashboard. Only the last 3 digits will be shown in plain text (e.g.: ******789).

This update applies to:

• User Page > Devices tab > Device / Phone Number
  
  
• User Page > History tab > Device name
  
  
• SMS Dashboard > Phone Number column

SMS Dashboard Search

Searching by a specific phone number continues to work as before, the existing functionality remains unchanged. However all matching results will now display obfuscated phone numbers.

A new “Search All” functionality has been introduced, allowing the search across all SMS messages sent to all users of a Futurae Service, within the selected date range. The results can also be exported in CSV format.

Lastly, SMS content is no longer displayed on the Futurae Admin Dashboard, thereby preventing exposure of this data.

Historical Data Handling

We are gradually applying obfuscation to historical data. Records that are accessed more frequently will be processed first.

These changes reflect our strong commitment to data privacy and to ensuring a safer experience in the Futurae Admin Dashboard.
